get older i'm realizing more and more that it's you attitude that can

change your perception and how your thinking.Sure we aren't always able

to do that especially when you feel stuck in mood such as depression or

I just love it when black people say: you feel me? This brings it down to the essential question, which is: Do you understand what I am saying? If people would understand each other there would be no need to argue and fight, no hurt feelings, people would not get frustrated, disappointed, upset and angry with each other because they would feel, or understand each other, and in order to get to that point they would need to listen to each other.

I think we all do that to a certain degree, holding back our true potential, love and creativity from the world because we are caught up in the system, caught up in the rat race of life with countless obligations, jobs, expectations, too busy trying to get ahead, busy doing what is important to us, doing what is expected of us that we miss out on the opportunity to give all we have.
